Household waste organic fertilizer production line:  

Organic fertilizer particles were obtained from domestic waste by fermentation treatment. 

Using microbes in the waste, organic matter can undergo biochemical reactions to produce substances similar to humus soil,

which can be used as fertilizer and can also improve the soil. 

Waste residue and sludge together or waste residue and manure composting treatment can not only reduce environmental pollution,

but also improve fertilizer efficiency.

Raw material: 

The main raw material is living waste mainly  refers to solid waste generated by daily life or activities providing services for daily life,

including waste biological products, biological defective goods, spoiled food, solid particles, garbage, slag, and so on.

Flow process introduction:

The double FZLH420 living waste biological organic fertilizer production line is by

using of living waste to mix with some animals manure,

straw and other organic compounds on composting, fermentation, drying after pre-treatment,

again into the processing workshop, through crushing, mixing, granulation, cooling,

packaging section finally make biological organic fertilizer, the project is 4-5t/h urban living waste

bio-organic fertilizer pellet production line, equipment total power is about 520kw,

the workshop covers an area of 3200m² including raw material warehouse and finished product warehouse;

The design of the whole line is compact, reasonable, meets the requirements of environmental protection,

and can be directed according to customer requirements.

Process flow:  

Fermentation and composting process – pretreatment process – grinding process – mixing process – granulation bagging process

Fermentation and compost process : 

pile the blended ingredient up to strip which is 3-4meters wide, 0.8-1.2meters high, and length is no less than 3meters,

during the fermentation, be careful with suitable oxygen supply and turning.  

Pre-treatment process: 

Use the dedicated organic fertilizer chain grinder to break up the fermented raw material,

then remove the impurities from the raw materials, including big wood blocks, stones, blocked materials by drum precleaner,

that use the drum dryer drying raw materials to approx. 20%.

Grinding process:

the material will be transported to the grinder for grinding; iron-remover will be equipped before the grinder.

Mixing process: 

The bacteria which added through microelements adding hopper can be mixed with raw material in the mixer,

after evenly mixing, the mixture will enter into the next process.

Pelleting process: 

adopt dedicated organic fertilizer ring die pellet mill with the suitable linear velocity,

high accuracy gear-driven pellet mill has higher driving efficiency, ring die is quick-loaded clamp type.

Cooling and packing process: 

choose flip-type cooler which can prevent the broken of pellets.

vibration screener under the cooler could sift the un-shaped powder.

According to the customer’s local sales needs, the appropriate packing scale is selected for customers to sell products more easily.

Packing specification: 20-50kg/bag.
