Straw pellet production line project:

Using crop stalks as raw material, multiple processing steps are carried out to finally produce biomass pellet;

straw pellets have good volatility, flammability, less ash, more fuel saving, lower cost of use, and good economic and social benefits.

Stalks pellets can be widely used in biomass power plants, biomass steam boilers, household fireplaces,

drying furnaces and biomass gasifiers, it is an efficient and clean renewable energy source.

Raw materials:

Mainly wheat stalks, corn stalks, reed, straw, rape stalks, and so on.

Process introduction:

The crop stalks are first coarsely ground by a rotary cutter to 3-5 cm,

and then finely ground by hammer mill into fine grass cuttings, and the size is about 3-4 mm.

Then, the raw material with 40% moisture content is dried to about 15% through a three-layer drum dryer,

and finally, granulation processing is performed. The processed finished pellets are 6-10 mm in diameter,

and the pellets are cooled and packaged by a small bag packing scale 20-50kg/bag for easy transportation and sale.

The stalk pellet complete project produces 6 tons per hour of biomass pellets,

the total power of the equipment is about 1250kw, the workshop covers an area of 3000m2,

including raw material warehouse and finished product warehouse; the whole line is compact in design,

reasonable in structure, meet environmental protection requirements, and can be customized design according to customer requirements.

Process & Principle:

1. Grinding Process:

Straw rotary cutting machine is pretreatment equipment for crop stalks. It can crush long straw,

stalks, and other materials to 3-5CM. The rotary cutting machine is with large diameter feeding roller.

It can be loaded by manual or mechanical truck grab, etc for feeding. After the straw is coarsely ground,

it is finely ground by a hammer mill, and the size is about 3-4 mm.

After grinding, it is transported and pneumatic transmission by the fan suction air pressure,

and the grinding work has no dust discharge.

The hammer mill in the grinding section of the complete stalks pellet production line is a water droplet type structure with high grinding efficiency;

the hammer mill rotor can be operated in forward and reverse directions to improve the service life of the hammer blade;

the direct transmission mode of the motor is adopted, the transmission efficiency is high, and the maintenance is convenient.

2. Drying Process

The complete stalks pellet production line is equipped with a three-layer tumble dryer in the drying section,

adopting a three-return form, small floor space occupation, high drying efficiency, small heat loss,

and the heat exchange rate of the dryer is over 90%.

The heating of the dryer is the automatic feeding of the pneumatic conveying equipment,

which eliminates the need for labor and reduces the labor cost of the customer.

The sawdust moisture after drying is about 13-18%.

3. Pelleting Process

Six sets MZLH508-L vertical ring die pellet mill are designed in the pelleting section;

the biomass particles are 6-10mm in diameter, and the biomass pellets have high calorific value,

no pollution and low ash, which can be widely used in biomass power plants, biomass steam boilers,

household fireplaces, drying furnaces, and biomass gasifiers.

The complete stalks pellet production line has obvious advantages in the pelleting section:

the vertical ring die pellet mill has a simple structure and convenient maintenance,

and the ring die adopts a flat structure, and directly enters the pressing chamber from the feeding inlet,

so that the material is much easier to enter the pressing chamber. It is equipped with variable frequency feeding to make the feeding more even.

4. Cooling and Bagging Process

In the cooling section of the complete stalks pellet production line,

we use a cooler to reduce pellets temperature and decrease pellets moisture,

low energy consumption, easy operation, high automatic degree, through the cooler cooling,

pellets temperature is not higher than ambient temperature 5 ℃, after cooling the pellets moisture around 8-10%, particle density 650-750kg/m³.

Packing scales, according to the local sales needs of customers,

choose the appropriate packing scale for customers to easily sell products,

usually, there are two specifications of small bag and ton bag, small bag packaging scale is with specifications: 20-50 kg/bag,

ton bag scale packaging is with specifications: 500-1000kg/bag.

The packaging scale has a high automation degree and high packaging precision.

The weighing system is sensor measurement, with high sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability.
