For the sawdust pellet machine, whether the work is normal and the operation is proper will directly affect the quality of the final product.

The real center of the pelletizing process in a sawdust pellet mill is the roller nip point or the wedge-shaped area of the feed between the roller and the die. All other equipment is auxiliary equipment in the granulation process. The following describes the pelletizing requirements of the sawdust pellet machine:

1. The particle size of the powder to be granulated should have a certain share: the general material is less than 2/3 of the diameter of the ring die hole and it is fully sieved.

2. After quenching and tempering, the moisture should be controlled at 15%~18%. Under the condition of uniform moisture, the forming rate is higher and the density is higher.

3. There should be a magnetic separation device before granulation so that the mold will not be damaged and unnecessary loss will be avoided.

4. The rollers acting on the material knead the material into the die.

5. The die of the sawdust pellet machine itself has a resistance that can prevent the flow of material through the holes on the die.
