When the wood pellet machine is pressing the wood pellets, sometimes it is not shaped, and the pressed particles are loose, so the particles cannot be pressed. Then the reason why the particles are not formed can be seen from the following three aspects:
1. The heating temperature and pressure of the wood pellet machine
After many tests, the results show that too high or too low temperature and pressure will lead to molding failure, and also have an important impact on the density and molding effect after molding. If the temperature is too low, the input heat will be reduced, which is not enough to form the material, and the power consumption of the forming machine will increase. If the temperature is too high, the thermal decomposition of the surface of the forming fuel will be severe, resulting in cracks, and the strength of the forming fuel will decrease, making it impossible to form. If the pressure is too high or too low, it will directly affect the finished product.
2. The impact of raw materials
The raw material will also affect the pelleting of the wood pellet machine. Including the moisture content of raw materials, for wood pellet granulation, the moisture content of raw materials is a very important indicator, and the moisture content is generally lower than 20%.
3. Mixing ratio of various ingredients
The compression ratio is a parameter of the wood pellet machine mold, which refers to the length of the mold hole divided by the hole diameter. The larger the compression ratio, the thicker the template, the longer the material compression time, and the higher the particle forming rate. If the thickness of the mold does not meet a certain standard, the wood pellet machine is more difficult to shape, of course, it is not limited to wood chips. The other is the gap between the pressing wheel and the mold, the gap is too large to press out the particles.
