Introduction of wood fuel particle:  

Biomass pellet fuel is a new type of environmental protection energy, made of straw, rice husk, peanut shell, corn cob, oil tea shell, cottonseed shell, and other waste.

Biomass pellet fuel is rich in raw materials, which can meet the combustion requirements of large and small boilers.

Composition analysis of wood fuel particles:  

Biomass pellet fuel is composed of combustible, inorganic, and water, mainly containing carbon (C), hydrogen (H), oxygen (O),

and a small amount of nitrogen (N), sulfur (S), and other elements, including ash and water.  Ingredients are as follows:

Carbon: Biomass pellet fuel is a low-carbon fuel with low carbon content (about 45-50%), especially low fixed carbon content (about 16%), and therefore low carbon emissions when burned.  

Hydrogen: Biomass pellet fuel contains a large amount of hydrogen (about 5-8%)

and a high volatile content (more than 70%), so it has good combustion characteristics.  

Oxygen: Biomass pellet fuel has high oxygen content (about 35-40%).  

Biomass pellet fuel contains more oxygen than mineral coal, which makes biomass fuel easier to ignite.  

Sulfur: The sulfur content of biomass pellet fuel is less than 0.08%.  

It has good environmental protection characteristics.  No flue gas desulfurization device is required during combustion.  

Ash content: Biomass pellet fuel mainly uses high-quality woody biomass as raw material, with a relatively low ash content of 1.5-3%.

As a new type of pellet fuel, biomass pellet has won wide recognition with its unique advantages.  

Compared with traditional fuels,

biomass pellets not only have economic advantages but also have environmental benefits and are welcomed by wood pellet mills. 

First, due to the shape of the particles, the volume is compressed,

saving storage space and convenient transportation, thus reducing transportation costs.  

Secondly, high combustion efficiency, flammable, less carbon residue.  

Compared with coal, volatile content is high, low ignition point, easy to ignite.  Density increase,

high energy density, combustion duration significantly increased, can be directly used for coal-fired boilers.
