If the voltage is too low, even if the motor can rotate, the power generated is not enough to make the materials in the compressor chamber squeeze out quickly. At this time, there will be a large amount of material clogging in the compression chamber, which will affect production.

2. In the production process of the wood pellet machine, the efficiency of extruding the material may be hindered due to the slow speed of the material or the blockage of the mold hole. Therefore, a large amount of material is blocked in the compression chamber, and the wood pellet machine stops.

3. When the bearing of the wood pellet machine is damaged, the pressing parts cannot work normally, and a large amount of material cannot be discharged in the pressing chamber, resulting in blockage. Bearings should be replaced in time to allow the machine to run normally.
