The Influence of Voltage Level on Wood Pellet Machine

When the power frequency is constant, the voltage level will directly affect the starting characteristics of the wood pellet machine.

1. When the power supply voltage is too low, the rotating magnetic field generated by the stator winding of the wood pellet machine motor weakens.

2. When the voltage is too low, the speed of the motor will decrease, and the cooling capacity of the fan will decrease to generate heat. If there is a stall phenomenon, the motor of the wood pellet machine is easy to burn out.

3. The voltage affects the level of the magnetic potential established by the wood pellet machine motor.

4. The heat dissipation of the motor is designed according to the rated speed.

5. When the voltage is low, the speed drops, and the heat dissipation efficiency drops.

6. The inductive reactance decreases, the current increases (for example, in extreme cases: the starting current of the motor is equivalent to the short-circuit current), and the temperature rises.

 7. Accumulated heat can easily burn the motor of the wood pellet machine.
